Tong Jisheng, chairman of the Federation, Secretary of the Party committee and chairman of Orient International (Group) Co., Ltd., proposed at the meeting that the alliance will deepen regional cooperation in the Yangtze River Delta, gradually weaken the economic and market boundaries between regions, adhere to win-win development, and transform "small, weak and scattered" into the overall advantages of "large, strong and centralized" fashion industry in the Yangtze River Delta, and lead the whole country and Asia Continent, leading the world. Actively participate in one belt, one road, serve the national strategy of the Expo, promote the coordinated development and upgrading of the Yangtze River economic belt, and take the lead in the system innovation, technological progress, industrial upgrading and green development.

The Conference unanimously approved that Shanghai, with more than 150 years of textile and garment development history, is located in the core city of the Yangtze River economic belt. As the core function service center of the Yangtze River Delta fashion industry alliance, Oriental International Group Co., Ltd. will be the first chairman unit of the alliance. This year's Yangtze River Delta fashion industry alliance conference has set up eight professional branches, they are: Science and technology innovation branch, wool textile industry branch, innovation trade branch, talent education branch, industrial cluster branch, Creative Park Branch, brand development branch, design force branch.
